American Properties Extends Warm Welcome To Baps Community

CHESTERFIELD, NJ –American Properties, an award-winning NJ-based homebuilder, would like to welcome BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha® Hindu American Religious Center to the area. BAPS, located in nearby Robbinsville, is one of the only traditional Stone Mandirs in North America, and is also one of the largest Hindu temples in the United States.

The religious center, which was inaugurated last August, is open to the public for tours throughout the year. The temple is made of more than 13,000 stones worth of Italian marble, cost roughly $18 M to build and covers over 160 acres of land.

“Everyone at American Properties would like to extend a warm welcome to our new neighbor, the BAPS mandir and its entire congregation,” said Barry Edelman, Managing Partner for Traditions at Chesterfield. “We would like to invite all those interested in living in close proximity to the religious center to tour Traditions at Chesterfield.”
