Heritage at Middletown’s clubhouse Grand Opening!

Middletown, NJ–The highly anticipated community clubhouse at American Properties’ Heritage at Middletown in Middletown, New Jersey is now open. This building has great amenities for residents to enjoy.
It offers a fitness center with treadmill, elliptical, weights and more for those wanting to keep in shape. A lounge area with kitchenette is perfect for community gatherings. A conference room with workstations awaits those who need some quiet while working or playing online. This spacious building has outside features as well, such as a tot lot and firepits for cozy fireside chats. Secure access to residents by way of a key fob is provided. Another tot lot and walking trails complete the amenity offerings at Heritage at Middletown.
The interior design, incorporating navy blue and gray, was designed by Michelle Strassburger of M.S. Designs Inc. in Chicago. “We are happy to provide this amenity for our homeowners, “said Paul Csik, Senior Vice President of American Properties Realty, Inc. “We hope the residents get much use out of it.”
Residents were invited to begin using the clubhouse on July 1st. “I canceled my gym membership and can now walk to the clubhouse from my house to get my workout in,” said Melony Singer, resident at Heritage at Middletown. “I love my house, the location and the amenities; I’m so glad I chose to live here.”
The sold-out community is comprised of 140 townhomes in 26 buildings and was named 2021 Community of the Year by the New Jersey Builders’ Association and the Shore Builders’ Association of Central New Jersey.
