American Properties’ Heritage at Middletown wins numerous awards from The Shore Builders’ Association of Central New Jersey.
Heritage at Middletown won the prestigious Community of the Year award!
Middletown, NJ–Heritage at Middletown blew away the competition at the Shore Builders’ Association’s of Central New Jersey Annual Fabulous Achievement in Marketing Excellence Awards (FAMEs) in Freehold, NJ on May 19. Heritage at Middletown, located in beautiful Monmouth County, walked away with a total of seven awards including the coveted Community of the Year award. The award was based on several criteria, including product design, interior merchandising and sales office design.
The sold-out community is comprised of 140 townhomes with 26 buildings and also was named 2021 Community of the Year by the New Jersey Builders’ Association.
“The 2022 FAME Awards presented American Properties with many proud moments, reinforcing our award-winning reputation,” said Paul Csik, Senior Vice-President at American Properties Realty, Inc.
Other awards included Best Signage, Best Brochure and Salesperson of the Year, which went to Kelly Flanagan, the sales manager at Heritage at Middletown.
A community clubhouse is about to be completed and will offer residents a fitness center, business center and lounge with kitchenette. An outside fire-pit, walking paths and two playgrounds are other amenities offered.
