President of American Properties Realty, Inc., a licensed real estate broker, Randy Csik is actively involved in the development of hotels, residential, and commercial properties. He orchestrates the activities of APR’s various divisions including residential, commercial, consulting, administration, and real estate brokerage and is responsible for combined annual revenues in excess of $30,000,000.
Randy is a member of the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) and holds the Real Property Administrator designation from Building Owners and Managers Institute International (BOMI). He has successfully completed Commercial Investment Educational courses sponsored by The Realtors National Marketing Institute and is a candidate for the CCIM designation awarded by the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute. Randy is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New Jersey and an Advisory Board member of First Bank and Columbia Bank. He maintains excellent banking relations with lenders such as Investors Bank, Columbia Bank, Valley National, M Bank, Oritani Bank, Amboy National Bank, and Bank of Princeton.
Randy was previously a distinguished President of the Kiwanis Club of Edison and is a currently on the Advisory Board of Spectrum for Living, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting disabled adults. SFL named Randy as their ‘Man of the Year’ in 1992. He also advocates and supports other causes and foundations such as Avon’s Walk for Breast Cancer, Making Strides for Breast Cancer, Raritan Bay Medical Center Foundation, Middlesex County College Foundation, Ewing Education Foundation, Embrace Kids Foundation, and Operation Shoebox.
