About Me
Philomena has been with American Properties since 2003 and has worked in various capacities to support our marketing, sales, and construction teams. Currently, she is the liaison between sales and construction in processing buyers’ design selections, as well as closing coordinator for all closing related matters with buyers, attorneys, and title agents. When not at work, Philomena enjoys spending time with her husband, Gus, at the Jersey Shore, as well as traveling with their sons, Garth and Giuston, to visit with family in Germany and Italy.
