Fall in Love with Chesterfield Fall Festival
Traditions at Chesterfield, a Smart Growth community, will showcase the goods and services of local Chesterfield farms on September 23rd.
CHESTERFIELD, NJ – Traditions at Chesterfield, an award-winning Smart Growth community in Chesterfield, will host a Fall Festival on Saturday, September 23rd from 12pm to 3pm. The public is invited to stop by for fall-inspired refreshments and discover local Chesterfield farms, mingle with friends and explore the Traditions at Chesterfield community. Those interested are encouraged to inquire about quick move-in opportunities. All attendees will receive a complimentary gift.
“As a Smart Growth community, Traditions at Chesterfield carefully utilizes land for its best uses,” said Paul Csik, Senior Vice President for American Properties Realty, Inc.* “All are invited to join us for our Fall Festival to learn how to make the best of Chesterfield by shopping from these outstanding farms, picking fruit and more. Most of the farms in the area are fourth generation farmers. We are excited to introduce Strawberry Hill Farm, Russo’s Orchard Lane Farm and Robson’s Farm.”
Strawberry Hill Farm is a “pick-your-own” fruit farm featuring peaches, plums, pears and apples. They also sell honey and canned Jersey tomatoes. Russo’s Orchard Lane Farm is a 250-acre fruit, vegetable and greenhouse tomato farm that sells a variety of fruits, vegetables, jams, jellies, cider and decorations. Robson’s Farm specializes in peaches and growing a wide range of vegetables and flowers. “They also have a buying club, like a CSA, that allows you to build your own box of items that you can have delivered or pick up,” said Csik. “The crops they cannot grow on the farm are sourced from local farmer friends and eggs are sourced from an organic farm.”
While attending the Chesterfield Fall Festival, there will be an opportunity to learn more about Traditions at Chesterfield, the premier residential community within the 500-acre Old York Village. “This neo-traditional community is strategically designed to be in walking distance to everything,” said Csik. “Children can even walk to the elementary school. The Shoppes at Old York Village, a future retail component, is also walkable.”
Neo-traditional home designs also feature rear entry garages (per home design). “These floor plans allow us to the maximize the space of a home site without taking away from the exterior elevation of the home,” said Csik. “It really does increase the curb appeal and our homebuyers absolutely love these designs.”
