Professional Experience

In over a decade Greg Kanter has developed an impressive list of accomplishments. He is directly responsible for all aspects of acquisitions and development for American Properties Realty Inc., a licensed real estate broker, in prospecting land and negotiating deals through the entire entitlement process. He has identified, negotiated, contracted, acquired, and successfully accomplished due diligence reviews for over 35 properties totaling nearly 1000 acres and closed deals worth in excess of $200 million. Greg has underwritten several other development projects for residential, hotel, and commercial properties. One such project was The Element® Hotel at Ewing, where he managed, implemented, and directed the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design’s certification for the extended stay hotel’s 131 rooms.
